The GMT-Master II 126720VTNR "Sprite" is the first left-handed GMT-Master II, with the winding crown and the date aperture moved to 9 o'clock and a green and black Cerachrom bezel. Driven by the Caliber 3285 with a 70-hour power reserve, it tracks a second time zone on a 40mm Oystersteel case and Oyster bracelet, offered here as a full set from 2023.
