Refund policy

14 days free for consumers within the European Union. The watch must be returned in the same condition as when sent. 

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

All deliveries within Sweden are sent with Postnord. Outside Sweden, we use UPS. It is the customer's responsibility to check that the shipment has not been opened before it is collected/received. A collected/received shipment that has previously been opened will not be replaced. At the slightest suspicion, the customer should refuse to collect the package and immediately contact info@storiesoftime.com to activate the package's insurance.

When a watch is returned, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including both the initial shipment and the return shipment.

This means that if someone chooses to return a watch, they must cover the costs of both the original shipping and the return shipping.
