The Panthère de Cartier Medium in steel has been transformed by an aftermarket diamond specialist into a fully iced expression of Cartier's most feline design. Its square case, blued-steel sword hands, sapphire cabochon crown and supple five-row Panthère bracelet remain intact - now paired with a pavé diamond dial, diamond-set bezel and case flanks, and diamonds on every bracelet link.
